What QOL Pro does

QOL Pro is a Shopify app that adds a Quick Order List block to your product pages. It reads your product and variant information directly from Shopify so buyers can order in bulk. We keep things simple — we store very little data ourselves.

What we store

The only data we store is the Shopify session needed to keep you logged in to the app. This includes your store domain, access token, and basic account details. It's what every Shopify app needs to work.

We do not store your product catalog, customer lists, or order history. All of that is read from Shopify in real time when the Quick Order List renders on your storefront.

We also keep aggregated usage statistics so the app can show you activity and spot setup problems: daily counts per product of how often the Quick Order List was shown, items added to cart through it, filter use, case-pack use and back-in-stock signups, plus your theme's name and your store's plan status. These are totals only. They contain no customer names, emails, addresses or order details, and you can turn them off in the block's settings (“Share usage statistics”).

Back In Stock notifications

If you enable the optional Back In Stock feature, your customers can enter their email to be notified when a sold-out variant is restocked. That email is sent directly to the provider you configure (for example, Klaviyo). We pass it through — we don't store it.

Analytics on this website

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It may set cookies in your browser. The Quick Order List block on your storefront does not set any cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics here.

Live chat

This website and the QOL Pro app inside your Shopify admin include a live chat widget provided by Crisp. It may set cookies or use local storage to keep your conversation going between pages. If you start a chat, Crisp processes the messages you send and basic browser information. Inside the app we also pass the store owner's name and contact email, your store's name, domain, country, currency and language, your Shopify and QOL Pro plan, and your live theme's name and whether the block is installed, so we know who we are talking to and can help faster. The Quick Order List block on your storefront does not load the chat.

When you uninstall

When you uninstall QOL Pro, we receive Shopify's compliance webhooks and delete your session data. There is nothing else for us to remove because we don't store anything beyond that.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you're in the EU or UK, this includes your rights under GDPR. If you're in California, this includes your rights under the CCPA. We do not sell your data.

Children

QOL Pro is a business tool for Shopify merchants. It is not intended for use by children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date above. Continued use of QOL Pro after a change means you accept the updated policy.
