What QOL Pro does

QOL Pro is a Shopify app that adds a Quick Order List block to your product pages. It reads your product and variant information directly from Shopify so buyers can order in bulk. We keep things simple — we store very little data ourselves.

What we store

The only data we store is the Shopify session needed to keep you logged in to the app. This includes your store domain, access token, and basic account details. It's what every Shopify app needs to work.

We do not store your product catalog, customer lists, or order history. All of that is read from Shopify in real time when the Quick Order List renders on your storefront.

Back In Stock notifications

If you enable the optional Back In Stock feature, your customers can enter their email to be notified when a sold-out variant is restocked. That email is sent directly to the provider you configure (for example, Klaviyo). We pass it through — we don't store it.

Analytics on this website

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It may set cookies in your browser. The Quick Order List block on your storefront does not set any cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics here.

When you uninstall

When you uninstall QOL Pro, we receive Shopify's compliance webhooks and delete your session data. There is nothing else for us to remove because we don't store anything beyond that.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you're in the EU or UK, this includes your rights under GDPR. If you're in California, this includes your rights under the CCPA. We do not sell your data.

Children

QOL Pro is a business tool for Shopify merchants. It is not intended for use by children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date above. Continued use of QOL Pro after a change means you accept the updated policy.
