Documentation

The Quick Order List lets customers add multiple products to the cart from one page—ideal for catalogs, wholesale, and repeat orders. This guide walks you through each feature and how to use it.

What you can do

  • Sticky header — Keep column titles visible while shoppers scroll so they always know what each column means.
  • Inventory — Show stock status (in stock, out of stock, exact count, or low-stock warnings) so customers see availability at a glance.
  • Case packs — Add an “Add case” button for variants that sell by the case (e.g. 12 units). One click adds the full case quantity.
  • Back in stock — Let customers sign up to be notified when out-of-stock items return, using your email tool (e.g. Klaviyo).

Where to configure things

All of these options are controlled in your theme editor. Add the Quick Order List block to a page or template, then use the block settings in the sidebar to turn features on or off and adjust values (e.g. sticky header height, inventory display, low-stock threshold).

Important to know

If you sell products with 250 or more variants (e.g. many sizes or colors), there are some limitations around filtering and B2B pricing. See Known limitations in the sidebar for details so you can choose the right setup.

Next steps

Use the links in the sidebar to jump to each topic. Start with Sticky header if your theme has a fixed top bar, then set up Inventory and Case packs as needed. Enable Back in stock if you use an email provider that supports it.
