Inventory
You can show customers how much stock you have for each variant directly in the Quick Order List. That helps them avoid adding out-of-stock items and lets you highlight when stock is running low.
Turn it on
In the block settings, enable Show inventory. Then choose how you want stock to appear using the Inventory display mode option.
Display options
- In stock / Out of stock — Simple status only. Items in stock show as available (e.g. green), out-of-stock items show as unavailable (e.g. red). No numbers are shown. Best when you only need a clear “can buy” or “can’t buy” signal.
- Show exact quantity — The actual number on hand is shown (e.g. 12). Useful when customers need to see how many are available, such as for bulk or wholesale orders.
- Low stock warning — Same as in stock/out of stock, but when the quantity is at or below a threshold you set (e.g. 10), the row shows a warning like “Low stock (5)”. Good for drawing attention to items that are about to sell out.
Low stock threshold
When you use Low stock warning, set the threshold in the block settings. Any variant with quantity at or below that number will show the low-stock message. For example, a threshold of 10 means “Low stock” appears when 10 or fewer are available.
